A structured 45-minute Zoom session where an Ofbox AI specialist maps your business operations end to end. We review your team, your tools, your biggest time drains, and your goals. Within 48 hours you receive a Custom AI Roadmap — a plain-English document that tells you exactly which AI tools to use, in what order, and what each one is worth to you in hours and dollars.
Is the $499 a deposit toward something larger? +
No. The assessment is a complete, standalone product with a complete deliverable. You get your roadmap regardless of whether you ever work with us again. If you want us to implement it afterward, we'll discuss a flat-fee project proposal — but that is entirely optional and a separate conversation.
What do I actually receive after the call? +

How soon will I see a return on $499? +
Most clients implement at least one quick win from their roadmap within the first week. A single automated follow-up sequence, for example, can recover 3–5 hours per week per team member. At that rate, the assessment pays for itself within the first few days of implementation.

How technical does my team need to be? +
Not technical at all. The entire purpose of this process is to translate AI possibilities into plain business language. You describe how your business operates. We research what fits, how to implement it, and what it costs — and we explain it in terms of operations and ROI, not software architecture.
We already use ChatGPT and a few AI tools. Is this still useful? +
Yes — often more useful. Most businesses using AI are only using a fraction of what's available to them, and frequently in the lowest-impact areas. The assessment finds the gaps, identifies what's redundant, and prioritizes the opportunities that would actually move the needle in your specific operation.

Not primarily. The assessment is designed for businesses with existing operations, existing team members, and existing time drains — places where AI replaces manual effort rather than building something from scratch. If you are pre-revenue or just launching, the timing may not be right yet.

What happens if I want you to actually build it? +
Book a call with our team and we will put together a flat-fee done-for-you project proposal based on exactly what your assessment uncovered. We build AI voice agents, automated lead follow-up, client onboarding workflows, internal AI reporting systems, and custom integrations. Everything is scoped and priced as a one-time project — no ongoing retainer required.
Can my team implement the roadmap without you? +
Absolutely — and that's by design. The roadmap is written to be actionable by a non-technical person. Every tool recommendation includes what it does, how to set it up, and what to expect. Many clients implement several quick wins themselves within the first week before deciding whether to bring us in for the larger builds.
Do you offer ongoing support or retainers? +
Our current model is project-based: a one-time assessment followed by optional done-for-you implementation projects. We don't offer open-ended monthly retainers — we prefer scoped engagements where you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we begin.

What do I need to prepare before the call? +
Nothing formal. We'll send a short pre-call questionnaire (8 questions, takes about 5 minutes) covering your business model, team size, current tools, and top time drains. The more honest and specific your answers, the more precise your roadmap will be.
